Welcome to the website for "The Cottages at Southern Woods". We are a deed-restricted community located in Homosassa, FL., and are part of the Southern Woods Section of Sugarmill Woods. We are located along the 1st and 2nd fairways of the Southern Woods Golf Course. This community consists of a small number of cottage-style, single-family homes with community-managed landscape maintenance.
